DESIGN SERIES VOLUME 1
This collection houses poster designs of various genres such as sports, music, and fashion.
In this series, I aim to capture the aesthetic in which the subjects take place. A poster that accurately represents the time period through color, typography, texture, and layout. All consciously picked to display the specific aesthetic.
This design process is a lot of fun because I put myself back in time and experience the moment and subject through design.

"Ken Griffey Jr. Throwback Design"
One of my favorite throwback players! In this build, I focused on the typography looking accurate to the time period he played in. This 90's retro design is something you could see in a magazine or on a t-shirt.
"Kind of Blue Illustration"
This piece features Miles Davis. In this design, I displayed the timeless greatness and emotion of this album with drawings and historic photo scans.

"$2 Bill Concert Poster"
One of the most iconic 21st-century rock performances took place on 2/2/02. "The Strokes" debuted their album "Is This It." In this design, singer Julian Casablancas shines bright despite such an inexpressive look. The motion blur halftone-effect used intensifies that feeling.
"GQ x UNO"
Recently the NFL Triple Crown winner, this design shows the talent of Ja'Marr Chase off the field. Pulling in pictures from Chase's fashion shoot with GQ, I collaged and assorted this sleek and mesmerizing spectacle.

"Artist's Digest"
In this series of designs, I illustrate 3 ideas
1) 1988 “Sunflowers” which pays tribute to Saint-Laurent’s favorite painters including Vincent Van Gogh
2) A fictional snippet of the grueling process of an artistic fashion piece

3) A marketing campaign showing the man behind the creation of “Sunflowers”
